I’ve been crocheting since 1978. I’ve designed patterns for numerous magazines, including Workbasket, Needlecraft for Today, and Crochet World. Took a break from designing to return to school, work as a paralegal, and remarry. Got custody of two teenage grandsons, developed some computer skills, , retired on disability and moved to Florida. While I was in the nursing home recovering from multiple organ failures, I began crocheting again, and since I didn’t have Internet access or patterns with me, I had to get creative. The response was so great, I’ve been busy crocheting now for three months, and decided to get back into designing, too.
